Article 1 Definitions
The following definitions are used in this privacy statement:
a.Premier cru wines: the user of this privacy statement: Premier cru wines located in Helmond;
b. visitor: the visitor to the website;

4.2 The customer's personal data will only be used for direct marketing purposes if the customer has given Premier cru wines explicit unambiguous consent. The customer can withdraw this permission at any time, see article 5 of this privacy statement.
4.3 Premier cru wines will not approach the customer for direct marketing purposes if the customer has not given permission for this.
4.4 Premier cru wines will only provide the personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement. In such a case, only the necessary data will be provided.
Article 5 The right to object
5.1 The customer has the right to object to the processing of his personal data.
5.2 Objection can be registered by the customer in the following ways:
a. electronically to the email address;
b. by clicking on the link in the e-mail containing the commercial message that allows the customer to unsubscribe from such e-mail messages.
5.3 In every commercial message that is sent to the customer, the customer is informed of the possibility to object.
5.4 If the customer objects to the processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes, the relevant processing will be terminated immediately.

Premier cru wines will keep all confidential customer information secret. Information is considered confidential if this has been communicated by the customer or if this results from the nature of the information. Premier cru wines will only use the confidential information for the purpose for which it was provided.
Article 7 Security of data
Premier cru wines ensures appropriate organizational, technical and physical security of its systems, in which the customer's data is stored.

If the customer finds that the website or the actions of Premier cru wines are not in accordance with this privacy statement, the customer can contact Premier cru wines.
Article 13 Amendments
Premier cru wines reserves the right to make changes to this privacy statement. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. The customer will be informed of this by e-mail.
